Master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite with walk in shower, large bathtub, twin sink dresser, and toilet.

The second bedroom has a walk-in closet, en-suite with shower bath and toilet.

The third bedroom has twin beds built-in closet with a bathroom opposite with shower, bath sink and toilet. The forth bedroom has twin beds with walk-in closet and shares the bathroom with the third bedroom.

There is a family room with comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater couches and a TV.

A further quiet sitting area, with both 3 and 2 seater couches and a dining area with beautiful views of the pool and lake.
The pool has a large deck area, ideal for sunbathing, it also has an area thats undercover area if you prefer to be in the shade for a while.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you are likely to need for your catering requirements and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

We arrived a few days before hurricane Irma hit, Gary, Diane and Sophie were there for us as we were a little worried. I can`t recommend them highly enough, professional and caring, their customer service is excellent,and always with a smile and genuine hospitality, nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they made us feel so welcome on our arrival and during our stay. The villa was beautiful and extremely well kept and clean. A total 100% thumbs up, thank you so much guys, the best holiday I have ever had in Florida and we will be back again soon xxx
